DICE is committed to protecting your privacy. By using our website, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. We do not gather personally identifiable information unless you are a conference registrant or sign up to be part of the DICE mailing list. DICE registrants and those who sign up for the DICE mailing list will be sent announcements related to DICE events. This mailing list will only be used for DICE and DICE purposes and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

We do not use cookies, except for our forums. The current web forum we use does use session cookies for logging in. However, they are not saved beyond the current browser session.

The DICE website collects the information stored in standard HTTP log files including:

  • Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) of the machine which accessed the DICE website
  • Date of the visit
  • Time of the visit
  • Path taken through our website
  • Browser being used.
  • A list of files downloaded or viewed
  • Amount of time spent listening to Audio
  • Any errors encountered
